FLASHLIGHTS

UVG3 2.0 SERIES

The UVG3 2.0 series are flashlights intended to be used in testing applications where space is limited or when a smaller light beam profile is acceptable. What differs the different UVG3 models are mainly beam size and intensity. What unites all models is a waterproof ingress protection (IP68) and penetrant resistant sealing in combination with a small size and a light weight.

MB 3.0 SERIES

The MB 3.0 Series is designed for everyday use in Non-destructive testing. 

All models is a cooling system that offers an extraordinary thermal management, a light weight, a waterproof ingress protection (IP68) and a penetrant resistant sealing.\

AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

MB 3.0 IRIS

MB 3.0 Iris is an extremely compact light. It is used together with automated systems that incorporate cameras to inspect hard to reach areas such as pipes interiors. The lamp can also be mounted on a magnetic bench or a penetrant line. The lamp does not have a handle but mounts on a bracket that can be screwed on a fixture.

HANDHELD WITH LARGE BEAM

BB 2.0 SERIES

The BB 2.0 series is designed for applications that require a large beam. The main difference between the various models are intensity and the choice of power source. All models have penetrant resistant sealing in combination with a large beam, extraordinary cooling and high durability.

EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERES

MB HERCULES EX

MB Hercules Ex is intended for non-destructive testing in explosive atmospheres. The enclosure is sealed to prevent a spark from causing an explosion. MB Hercules Ex is the first and only UV inspection light available on the market today with explosion proof approvals, that has been tested to comply with the ASTM E3022 as well as supplier requirements such as Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001.

Hercules Ex has successfully completed all tests leading to the ATEX certification for Group II, Zone II, NFPA 70 Article 500 for Class I (divisions II locations), the Salt Fog Test as per military standard 810F and the Explosive Atmosphere Test as per military standard 810G.

GX ORION SERIES

The GX Orion Series is a modular stationary UV LED system, that can be operated 24/7. The system allows you to design the beamprofile required for your inspection. The series consists of 5 models; 3 mother units and 2 extension units. A mother unit can be connected with an extension unit either via included cable bridges or via customized cables in any length. Contact Labino and we will simulate the beam size based on your specification and needs.

WASH STATION LIGHT

COSMOS

COSMOS - A UV light, specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions of a wash station and covering an area of 2 x 2 meters (7 x 7 feet) from 3 meters (10 feet) with a constant intensity of > 300 μW/cm² – probably the largest in the world! The square beam geometry allows for mounting multiple units without dark spots in between.
