UNIWES AWARDED CONTRACT TO SUPPLY AUTOMATED FLUORESCENT PENETRANT INSPECTION LINE

UNIWES has been award contract to supply a Automated Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Line for Pratt & Whitney.

Pratt & Whitney is an world renowned aerospace engine manufacturer with global service operations. It is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (UTC). Pratt & Whitney's aircraft engines are widely used in both civil aviation (especially airlines) and military aviation.

Pratt & Whitney has tapped UNIWES expertise and experience to supply their automated Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Line in their new facilities. This automated Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Line uses state of the art manipulator with 360 degree turning capabilities to reach and meet the critical Pre-rinsing and Post rinsing requirement. The automated line spans to 30 Meters, comprising of various stations to meet the high output.

UNIWES has experience with designing and fabrication more than 80 Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Line worldwide for various critical industry spanning from Marine, MRO and military industry. 

UNIWES awarded CONTRACT TO SUPPLY CHEMICAL CLEANING LINE, FLUORESCENT PENETRANT INSPECTION LINE AND WASTE WATER RECYCLING SYSTEM FOR PRATT & WHITNEY IN SELETAR AEROSPACE HUB

UNIWES has been award contract to supply 02 Fully automated Chemical Cleaning/Stripping Line, 01 Semi Automated Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Line and a state of the art Waste Water Recycling System. Our recurring client, Pratt & Whitney has tapped our expertise and experience to supply them with fully automated chemical and stripping line in their new LEED certified facility.

Other than meeting the high requirement and output, special attention is given to energy efficiency and utilities saving. The equipment runs in a state of the art closed-loop water recycling system, effectively reusing more than 95% of the sparkling clean recycle water. There is also a reduction of the electrical and compressed air consumption comparing to conventional chemical cleaning line using our developed ecoclean program.

Our intensive industrial experience and professionalism has given us an edge to win the contract despite facing reputable competitor from Europe and Asia who participated in the tender.

We look forward to the operation readiness of supplied equipment for their production.

UNIWES AWARDED CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY CHEMICAL CLEANING LINE AND FLUORESCENT PENETRANT INSPECTION LINE FROM TAIKOO ENGINE SERVICES (XIAMEN) LTD

UNIWES was awarded the contract to supply Manual Cleaning Line, General Spray Wash booth, Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank, Fluorescent Penetrant inspection line and deionsied water system for TAIKOO ENGINE SERVICES (XIAMEN) LTD.

"TEXL operates a General Electric GE90 engine overhaul facility at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport under a 22-year branded service agreement with GE. The company is majority owned by HAECO (75%), while TAECO and Cathay Pacific Airways own 10% and 9.99% shareholdings respectively. TEXL's assets include an advanced engine test cell capable of accommodating the full range of GE engines."

UNIWES is proud to be the selected supplier for their new workshop equipment. Despite the higher cost of setting up comparing to local fabricator, UNIWES is recognized as the right supplier with extensive knowledge and expertise to deliver. UNIWES work closely with Hong Kong Productivity Coucil and HAECO Technical Manager to provide the turnkey project. The turnkey project is recognized as one of the most impressive feedback by auditors, displaying UNIWES turnkey capability and Project Management skill.
